Returns & Exchanges:

       At Eternity, your satisfaction is our priority. While we take pride in the quality of our products, we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. Here’s what you need to know about returns and exchanges:

1. Eligibility for Exchange

  • Exchanges are accepted only for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect upon delivery.

  • The request must be made within 3 days of receiving the product.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags still attached.

2. No Refunds Policy

  • We currently do not offer refunds.

  • In eligible cases, we provide product exchanges or store credit.

3. How to Request an Exchange

  • To request an exchange, please contact us via WhatsApp or Instagram DM with the following:

    • A photo of the item showing the issue

    • Your full name and delivery phone number

    • Order reference (if available)

4. Non-Exchangeable Items

  • Products purchased on sale or discount (including those with coupon codes) are not eligible for exchange.

  • Custom or personalized products are also non-exchangeable.

5. Shipping for Exchanges

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back unless the error was on our end.
